Novotel Marsa Alam Beach Resort

Our stay at the Novotel Marsa Alam exceeded expectations. Since our arrival the staff have been extremely helpful and attentive, special thanks to Lyn, Berta and Casey from the animation team for their exceptional hospitality, a big thank you to Ahmed from the water bar and also thanks to our Housekeeper from building 18. I would also very much like to highlight the work of all the waiters in the restaurant, the work of the cooks for the great meals each day, all the support staff also did a great job and last but not least I would like to mention a big thank you to all the gardeners for their daily hard work in maintaining the gardens, their greetings and smiles each day. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and provided a high level of comfort. Meals were a pleasure every day, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty food. The wait staff and bartenders were consistently friendly and professional. The seaside experience was equally impressive. The private jetty gives access to a stunning coral reef teeming with colourful marine life, and the lagoon offers calm, crystal clear waters - perfect for a relaxing swim away from the waves.

It was the perfect spot for both relaxation and snorkeling. Full of colorful corals and vibrant marine life, making every dip in the water unforgettable. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, with plenty of space to unwind without feeling crowded. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. The small area of the hotel make everything accessible and make us feel like home. A truly serene escape with amazing underwater experiences right at the doorstep.

I really enjoyed my time at Novotel Marsa Alam. The staff were genuinely kind and always ready to help - mainly Berta, Casey from animation team. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I loved the food, every day there was a lot of choices. Waiters and barmans were friendly and quick to accommodate. The gardens here are beautiful - the care is visible - and pools are cleaned daily. About the sea, the hotel has a pier leading to a beautiful coral reef full of colorful fish, and there is a lagoon that's perfect for a refreshing dip without worrying about waves.
