The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-presented, and the bed was very comfortable — making for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
The room was great, bed was comfortable but the bathroom in our room 649 was terribly small. We have honestly had larger bathrooms on cruise ships. The bathroom size will define if we stay at novatel Preston again.
Stayed overnight for business. It was ok. Room was small and shared the balcony with other rooms. Noisy for me though. Definitely a business trip hotel, wouldn't recommend for holidays. Restaurant was good. Unfortunately not a memorable stay over. Nothing I can fault.
