Absolutely exceptional stay! Location is perfect, easy access around the city. Guest services was warm, helpful and professional. I was blown away by fact that I could check in earlier than expected which was helpful as I had an early conference to attend. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The only missing was small bottles of water for a quick sip, which would usually be in the fridge. Otherwise that everything else was great. Highly recommended!
When you walk through the doors you are welcomed by a kind and friendly concierge. The moment you step out of the elevator on floor 5 you feel a peaceful atmosphere and a calm and smooth check in process. The rooms were very comfortable, welcoming and first class.The window views were mesmerizing. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful.Parking was easy and perfectly close to the hotel.We loved staying here and would definitely return again.

The hotel itself is very clean, with spotless white bed covers and towels. The staff were friendly and very helpful, ensuring a smooth experience throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The only minor issue for me was that the mattress was a bit too soft for my preference. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for whom appreciate cleanliness, good service, and a convenient location.
