Novotel Melbourne St Kilda

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I like the idea of the free drink on arrival. The room for one of our part was not quite ready when we arrived, apparently due to a mix up at booking stage but the staff tried to rectify the situation as quickly as they were able. Some minor repairs would have placed the bathroom at a higher standard but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Housekeeping staff were excellent - they are so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. they are wonderful staff representing your hotel. Location couldn't be better, central to all transport. Beds are fab - so soft and comfy. Good, quiet hotel, close to all amenities. Only thing I didn't like was the daily fee for parking and that I couldn't open my windows. Otherwise, excellent place to stay.

Small but well appointed room. Extra pillows and blankets provided. Check-in was fast and no fuss. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, for example had an issue with my shower but once reported it was fixed within the hour. Restaurant had good range of food and beverages on offer at reasonable prices and the quality was excellent. Wait staff were also exceptional. All up i really enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
