Novotel Miami Brickell

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. But what really made our experience exceptional was the gentleman at the front desk. I believe he’s Colombian, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and truly helpful with everything we needed. His excellent service made a big difference in our stay. Thank you for such a great experience—we’ll definitely be coming back!

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything and in a quiet area. The staff is amazing, courteous and always ready to help with any problem and issue and it is a real experience of service!!! The hotel is clean, tidy, organized, well equipped and equipped, spacious and tidy rooms. We had an exceptionally positive experience from our stay at the hotel and highly recommend it

The location was off the main road but very centrally located. There are so many options for activities and food within walking distance or a 5 minute uber. The rooms were very clean, staff was lovely and so helpful even at 4 in the morning when we needed a microwave for leftovers! Breakfast was great, drinks on the rooftop were delicious and the bartender was awesome. The hotel itself had events for guests that were diverse and actually fun. My only complaint is the lighting. It was nice, ambient lighting but I do wish we had at least one bright light for getting dressed. I’d absolutely stay here again when visiting Brickell.
