Novotel Milan Malpensa Airport

Very nice and warm people. The breakfast is very good, with a nice variety of Italian and even continental options. The swimming pool is very clean and attractive. The free parking is a great option because finding parking in Milan is very difficult. The location is ideal for those planning to tour around Lombardy and visit places like Como, Milan, Lecco, and others, as it's centrally located between them. However, if you're only visiting Milan, it might feel a bit far — but for me, 30 minutes is perfectly fine. Note: It would be even better if toothbrushes were provided in the rooms and if the blankets were of better quality.

Nice hotel near the airport with a shuttle service! We checked in late at night due to our flight landing time and were greeted by a member of staff who checked us in. The hotel was great with spacious rooms and good services. We stayed here for a night as it was close to the airport and were pleased by the quality of the hotel.

Good facilities and amenities, there’s a laundry and ironing room and some vending machines. Good location with 10 minutes drive to airport also shuttle bus available and some restaurants nearby. Only downside was the staff was not very friendly in dealing with customers.
