Novotel Milano Linate Aeroporto

We would like to thank Vinny and Gusy for their exceptional hospitality during our stay. They have been incredibly friendly and welcoming to us and our child, making breakfast time such a pleasant experience every day. Their warm smiles, attentive service, and genuine care made us feel truly at home.

Despite being close to the airport this didn't feel like an airport hotel, there is a good design creating a nice ambiance. Staff provided a good service. We were travelling back to the UK and this was a convenient stop, the parking was easy and the location is close to the motorway network. There were quite a few people like us using this as a stopping point travelling between Italy and north of the alps. We had a superior room which was a good size with everything you need, appreciated the effective aircon!

If you’re just arriving in the evening and leaving the next morning, this place might be okay. The room was small, with dust on the bed and table, and the carpet was quite dirty. There were also mosquitoes in the room. The towels were only prepared for one person. I was traveling with my child, but we were given a room designed for elderly or disabled guests. The furniture and bathroom were clearly adapted for that, which I didn’t really understand — maybe the hotel was fully booked. The price was high, but the service didn’t match. The swimming pool is not available after 6:00 PM, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the breakfast was very good.
