Had a really great experience at the Novotel Airport. Was offered quite early check in after a red eye flight and it was truly truly appreciated. Also offered a late checkout, this was also so amazing for me. Housekeeping was quick and efficient and kind. Front desk was very accommodating, they had flowers taken up to my room for me and held packages for me as well. Breakfast has the BEST croissant I have had in Canada! All in all I was very very very impressed with the service.
Great place. I stayed at Novotel Montreal Airport one day during my road trip Kitchener, ON - Charlottetown, PE. Easily accessible from Highways 40, 15, 13. Excellent hotel, very well maintained, modern and stylish decorations. The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped. Staff were very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend Novotel Montreal Airport and I will be back whenever I’m back in Montreal
The room was really a very good size. My only complaint is the sound proofing the room. We could hear people in the hallway and also from the other room!! I could clearly hear the lady in the room next to us and it was really annoying. But the staff were very nice and friendly. For swimming pool, there were no instructions! No closet to change. Should we walk in with our shoes? Where can we change after swimming?! Also the water was not clean and I could clearly see white object floating on it that I’d say was the chipped color or similar. Anyway, this is was one of the cheapest hotels we could find and I was expecting more but at least cleanness and basic sound proofing doors and walls.
