Novotel Muenchen City

I had a truly excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and well-organized. The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Habib, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect during my stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really made a difference and elevated the entire experience. Highly recommended – I will definitely be returning!

The location of this Novotel is amazing. It's perfect for transport routes, so accessible to the river and the parks nearby, great cafe options, swimming pool. The family room had loads of space and all the needs for a family. It was clean and tidy every day with plenty of storage. And having a bath was ideal for kids!

Not to Novotel standard. They won’t provide iron board nor regular housekeeping . Beds are small in size. I didn’t use AC because it was cold but thermostat looks like antique. Parking is not always available. Paulo is very friendly and supportive Overall the hotel looks over occupied for amenities and staff. Be aware there is old wing and new wing in the hotels. New wings room numbers are 4 digits. It’s definitely not a value for money and I don’t recommend it.
