We stayed here for two nights and in general, we were very satisfied. This hotel is well located, our room was spacious and breakfast was extensive. We were also free of night noise, which I think is important. Only downsides: no fridge in the room, rather small bathroom and the shower (main and handheld spray head) was difficult to handle.
The hotel is nice. We liked the good breakfast. The hotel is very close to the city center and the service is really nice. In the room itself it was too warm and the airconditiong didn’t work well. The hotel is close to the main train station so there are many weird people. In all rooms they have carpets, in the hotel are dogs allowed and with carpet it’s not the best idea and when you are allergic it’s also not that good,
I stayed there for 4 nights. The service was very bad. They were also very unfriendly to foreigners. There was no room service most days - the staff claimed they were working with only one person. Overall hospitality was a solid zero - no brainer there. We use it a lot for business trips and I will recommend colleagues try not to book there - overall pretty disappointing experience. The food was another story - no options at all. My first night they had only 2 options. The second night no room service. I stopped eating there altogether after that.
