Novotel Nairobi Westlands

I am a regular visitor to Nairobi and have tried very many of the city's hotels in the past which are in the same price range and even up 50% more expensive than this new Novotel. Yet it offers the same or often better rooms, food, service and gym than the rest, making it my new first choice hotel in Nairobi. This was my second stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well-designed and well maintained. Even the staff seem to have been carefully selected for their friendly, positive and engaging disposition. The breakfast buffet selection is exceptional, catering to all preferences from the traditional to the continental to the health conscious, even including many vegan and gluten free options. All in all a great experience!

I want to say this is a 5 star hotel and hotel strives for excellent. Stephen was the best very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our trip like a home away from home. He help set up our trip from the safari tour and was very informative. He also gave us information on malls as well as safety concerns. This has been the best experience ever for me and my hubby. Ezekiel was excellent with our check in and check out process and was very professional. Also our servers in the main restaurant in the lobby hospitality was excellent 👌 🥰🙏 we will return again and thanks again ! And a special shout out to Stephen!

All staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and professional. The room was well appointed. Breakfast buffet was more like a brunch buffet- they really went over and above! I'd stay there again and again. I also used the spa and it was the highlight of my stay.
