very positive experience, quick welcome, nice and welcoming garden, also appreciated the available space in the garden: our small dog was able to spend some time without disturbing the other guests
Staff at the reception was friendly and nice. The rooms were very old with a squishy bed. Tv was only in French. The shower was very dirty and had mold. The water smelled weird. Breakfast was OK but very small. Maybe they should split it a bit so it is not that crowded on the bread station. Also there is no water at breakfast. The hotel is in industrial zone so there is not much to do. Mcdonald's and Burger King is near by, also a pizza and burger shop. Since there are mostly business customers they should start the breakfast earlier on weekdays and weekends.
This outdated hotel falls short of its 4-star rating. The classic rooms are in dire need of renovation, which could have been forgivable if not for the rude, cold, and unprofessional check-out receptionist (the bald guy, no badge). His despicable attitude ruined an otherwise decent stay, despite the night staff being warm and welcoming. Not worth a return visit.
