Novotel Narbonne Sud

After many troubles finding a good place to stay with our big size dog, finally a very comfortable hotel with common sense. While in many places you can only stay with small dogs ( don‘t understand this logic) the hotel staff was very nice and considered. Good quality food and close to the highway exit

Exterior is not inviting but interior is very nice. Room clean and very comfortable & good pool. Excellent breakfast and dinner very good - great to see vegetarian options which are not common in this part of France. Enjoyable stay.

For the brand and the price, the hotel offered nothing much. The room was so small with no view. Thankfully it was clean. Bare minimum room facilities and toiletries were provided. The breakfast was average with the cafe area too tight to move around freely. I expected much better from such a big hotel chain. The location is also away from all the important places in the city. If you don't have a car, then you would need to call a cab again and again to go around which adds more burden to the pocket. Overall I'll give it a pass next time I visit Narbonne. I do appreciate that they let us check a little early as we reached there before time. Thank you for that.
