The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of both local and international options, with everything fresh and delicious. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the hotel's dining outlets consistently delivered high standards of service and cuisine. The facilities were impressive — the gym was well-maintained, and the infinity pool area provided a refreshing break between duties. Special thanks to the Novotel team — Varun ji, Sneha, Shamista, Mayank, Kanika, Chef Dilip, Deepali, and the one and only Shreeja for their flexibility and outstanding understanding of crew needs, including early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible. We had an amazing time here! The staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with lots of variety and everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely a highlight for us and thanks to Samay for helping us navigate the buffet. The rooftop pool was incredible! Great views, super clean, and such a nice spot to relax. Plus, the location is right in the heart of the city, so it was super easy to get around and explore. All in all, we loved our stay and would absolutely come back!
