Novotel New Plymouth Taranaki

Outstanding! From the time i made my booking to departure i experienced wonderful service from the team. A special shout out to Samantha for catering to my room request and spotting an error i made in my booking. Also to the very professional duty manager on last Saturday and Sunday evening. Thank you for arranging and protecting my parking spot. :-) I ordered room service twice and it was delicious and arrived quite quickly. My room (studio) was spacious with a proper king matress...that was very comfortable. It was nice to have a large shower and also to be able to turn the air con off at night. The room was spotless when i returned each evening.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel has everything we needed and is centrally located. The breakfast is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. If I was to make one suggestion, it would be to include more towels (one per person isn't enough!) and perhaps invest in bigger towels. (They are a bit small)

Centrally located to everything, has everything you need, comfortable accommodation. Great team, very accommodating, easy to communicate with. I stay very regularly and they are very welcoming. Parking can be an issue if not pre-booked. Seems to be ample free parking behind the hotel
