Novotel Nice Arenas Aeroport

Stay there the night before flying out. The hotel is right across from the airport and have frequent shuttles to the airport. It’s also very convenient to go to downtown with the tram or buses. The breakfast was amazing, facility is clean and modern, with a few entertainment for the young in the lobby. Highly recommend it.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant charges additional for room service but we’re told upfront about it which is good and the food was nice. Airport shuttle service was good value add. Lots of issues with lifts not working, access cards not working, Room air conditioning outlet having water leak if temperature set below 22 degrees. Standard breakfast with same menu repeated every day(not too exciting). Room service average, they just make the beds and put things in order but didn’t vacuum clean the floors most days. Appreciate the efforts for sustainability however it felt like it’s more cost savings than being sustainable. Overall good for a couple of days stay at the max with friendly staff and good location.

Absolutamente a very dirty room. Sticky floors with water syrup. Refrigerator was not cleaned. The staff was just clueless. It took them 67 minutes to send someone to clean it. I know hotels housekeepers are busy, but when you check in a guest that was supposedly a clean room. You put all your effort to make the customer feel heard and happy. That’s just simple customer service. I’m not a a difficult person. But when I pay almost €300 for a room I expect a little of service and cleanliness. I will not be coming back in September on my next visit to Nice. I come several time a year for different business reasons.
