I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, welcoming, and beautifully run. The rooms were fresh and spotless, with great air conditioning and a very comfy bed. While the décor could benefit from a slight refurbishment, overall the room was excellent. I especially appreciated the Rituals toiletries — such a nice touch! The pool was a highlight, peaceful, with a stunning view of Nice. A perfect spot to unwind. The restaurant was efficient and the food very good, but what really made this hotel stand out was the amazing staff — from reception to waiters, everyone was genuinely kind and attentive. One moment that truly moved me was seeing a team member with Down syndrome as part of the hotel staff. As someone with a brother who also has Down syndrome, this was incredibly meaningful. The staff’s interactions were so natural, respectful, and inclusive. It spoke volumes about the heart of this place. A truly thoughtful, kind hotel. Highly recommended.
Hotel is a long walk from the old town, made very easy with the short 5min Tram ride with a stop outside the hotel. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast buffet is fairly extensive in choice. Only disappointment was the mattress which was uncomfortable.
Thank you for a great stay. The room was good, although the carpets do need a proper wash clean as very stained (in the room and through the corridor) but other than that a pleasant, clean room. Room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. The restaurant had lovely food at a reasonable price. There was a kids menu which was great food with good portions. The pool area was lovely, we didn’t go in the water but the loungers were comfy and a lovely spot to relax. The room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable, the kids had a sofa bed which was opened into 2 single beds and there was still loads of space in the room. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. This is how to get to the hotel from the airport for anyone else reading this… From airport terminal 2 go to terminal 1 - either get the free shuttle, or tram (no ticket needed for the one stop) or walk 10 minutes (turn ‘right’ out of the doors) From terminal 1 walk across the walkway opposite to the main road/promenade. Bus stop for bus number 12 is right outside. Get bus number 12 to stop ‘palias des expositions’ (about 15 stops and takes about 20minutes) The hotel is just opposite across the road. The hotel is near bus stops (right outside and across the road, tram stop across the road and a short 10 minute walk to the train station ‘Nice Riquier’ where we travelled directly to other towns. Overall a great hotel with good close connections. Thank you
