Great stop off if you are doing a long journey - the location is great, the rooms are really clean. Nice pool outside and seating areas inside and out for lounging. The most disappointing aspect was the restaurant which was expensive and food not great. The service was slow and food below par - disappointing. The staff were really nice though - seemed a shame, looked like it needed an injection of money for more staff etc. Would stay here again, but not use the restaurant. It just needs a bit of tlc, Novotel restaurants are usually great

Only looks like a 4 star hotel at the reception. The rest is basic. Bathroom was full of hard water residue and dusty. English is only spoken at the reception. Use google translate at the restaurant because they don’t even know what a spoon is.

The headline says it all. The booked rooms was a category of their own. The first room had a very bad smell + the carpet was wet certain places. After mentioning it at the reception, we got another room at another floor. We asked, if our other room could be changed as well, so we could stay at the same floor. This was not an option even though, we wanted to pay for it. In the evening we wanted to use the bathtub, but we found several hairs from both head and from the all of the body as well. We went to the reception again to mention this, but the only respons was the cleaning lady had been busy. That was it, no solutions to better the situation. So no baths for us during the stay. Then we went to eat at the restaurant. the restaurant was at best half full, but we couldn’t get a table before we had reserved a table, after we did that, we had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. When we left in the morning, we were asked, how our stayed had been. When we told about the experience, there was no respons. It just summed up the experience.
