Novotel Paris 14 Porte d'Orléans

We had an excellent experience with this hotel so far. They were very very friendly and helpful for every little question and request we have made, they sent a heater to our room because we said we’re cold, the staff speak a few languages and rooms are excellent. They use good quality shampoo and soaps, rooms were very clean and the hotel was very silent. We even had a little nice view of Eiffel. It takes around 40mins to get to the center but we knew this when booking the hotel so that was not an issue. Overall, very good experience and hotel is what they’re advertising for. P.S. there is also a Turkish speaking lady in the reception who is extremely friendly. We forgot to ask her name but thank you very much Madame.

Extremely unhappy with the bed! We booked a 3-bed room, the double bed is great, but the single bed is terrible. It's just a folding bed, which is not comfortable to sleep on. Absolutely not equal beds! And the second point, due to the lack of light, we need to leave the room at 9.30 instead of 11.00. We were not allowed to stay until 11.00. I also want to note that otherwise this is a great hotel! Great breakfast, a variety of products of excellent quality, just a pleasure. Also a great fitness room on each floor. They clean every day. Overall a great hotel 👏

Good hotel. Let's start with the pros: you can leave your luggage in storage, I recommend taking breakfasts, they are amazing, everyone will find what they are looking for, good spacious rooms, good location, and very good fitness hall. Of the minuses, once a month the hotel turns off the lights from 9:30 to 15:00, and they ask you to leave the room at 09:30 instead of 11:00, there was also little toilet paper, but when we asked, they brought it. Therefore, the hotel rightfully has 4 stars because of minor minuses.
