This hotel was wonderful and beautifully decorated! The rooms were nice and clean and the service and location were great! I loved the addition of the BRITA machine as well. It was so convenient to fill up our water bottles without having to use multiple bottles.

Everything has been perfect, the location is safe and well communicated with tram, bus and metro, the staff is very kind specially Navou and her friendly and familiar smile and touch. The room was clean and the WiFi very fast.

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs – Deceptive Practices and Zero Accountability This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had — and I’ve stayed at some of the finest properties around the world. I was forced to book this due to limited availability, but I strongly urge anyone, especially international travelers, to read the following before making the same mistake: 1. No Front-of-House Support: There is no team to assist with luggage or check-in. You’re entirely on your own. The receptionist was completely unprofessional and seemed clueless — it’s baffling how someone like that was entrusted with guest handling. 2. False Advertising – No AC in Rooms: Although the property is listed as having air conditioning, there are no functioning ACs in the rooms. You’ll be stuck in a sauna-like environment. Complaining at the reception gets you nowhere, and emailing the management leads to manipulative replies that deny the reality. They deliberately withhold AC usage until winter — yes, December. Expect lies if you bring it up. 3. You Risk Losing Your Money: They’ll charge you in full — booking plus city taxes — and leave you helpless. I had to take legal action to recover my refund and secure compensation due to the hotel’s gross mismanagement and false claims. This place is a scam disguised as hospitality. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and loss. Your comfort, mental peace, and hard-earned money deserve better.
