Novotel Paris Centre Bercy

The location of the hotel (for value for money) is great if you’re happy navigating the metro which is well connected to the area. The hotel staff are all welcoming and friendly, the restaurant is very family accommodating and we all enjoyed our stay. We had ample towels left for us (4) in the room and the products in the room were topped up and lovely by rituals. There’s something to be said about the pillows in the room though. They were new and clean… but 1/2 the size of a regular pillow BUT this isn’t enough to mark down from a 10/10… it’s just something I would consider revising within your hotels. Thanks for a great stay. We’ll be back. This is a good hotel to book if going to Disney.

Wonderful hotel-base to visit Paris and surroundings. Couldn’t be closer to metro line 14 which takes you far fast in Paris. Staff extremely friendly, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, rooms are surprisingly spacious for Paris. Homemade food at the restaurant, and a kids corner which allows a smooth check in experience for families. Returned there already, and will be back!

We, family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. We had an early morning flight to Paris, arrived at the hotel at around 9AM. We could see the lounge was pretty crowded with people waiting to check in. We finally got the room at 1:30pm! Reception: All the guys at the desk are approachable and responsive. Room size: literally small in all sense! Bathroom : probably 2’5” x 2’5” shower enclosure, tiny!!! There’s a separate bath tub as well! Toilet : separately placed! Pretty small again with the exhaust barely working!! Breakfast : boring spread(hardly any options) , with the same menu everyday! Location : Excellent, With metro station right in front of the hotel! Room service : Done right! All in all, it’s a decent budget hotel!
