Novotel Paris Charenton Le Pont

Really well located, with the metro just outside, the park one block in front, zoo 20 min walk, River Seine 3 blocks behind, and a supermarket as good as next door. The staff were really helpful and breakfast extensive and lovely. The lobby area was really welcoming and my children loved the table football. The rooms were nice, although the carpet was very old and dated and there were some things missing or broken, such as no fridge and broken light switches. However, I would definitely stay here again.

No air con, when asked for water was told would be brought to room and then wasn't. Rooms old fashioned but able to meet need. Staff are helpful but water issue a big problem. Cleaning services perfect- always came back to a clean room Location is good, near metro and easy to get to where need to. Breakfast is very limited and nothing special

A little bit outside of Paris but right at a Metro station and next to a public parking (a bit spooky entrance), the location is good. Rooms are ok except for no wardrobe, which is ok for short business travel but we were 2 adults + 1 child for 6 nights so there should be rooms available with wardrobes as well and considered during assigning rooms. Breakfast was ok although no variaty during 6 days was less rhen expected. Most hotel staff was very supportive an ok with English although some were not able or willing (e.g. dont understand 3 digit room numbers at breakfast?). Restaurant was OK the 1 time we used it, however beeing closed on Sunday is not what I expect at a Hotel.
