Novotel Paris Créteil Le Lac

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of with great warmth. I would especially like to commend Luisa for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. Her attention to detail made my experience even more pleasant, always ensuring my comfort. Without a doubt, this is a place I will return to and highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

Requested early check-in, which was denied because hotel is full. No cars in parking lot. No people in restaurant. Waited two hours to check in. During that time no other guests came or went. The room we were given had a broken air conditioning. I requested a different room, but the front desk said there were no rooms.She called a technician. The technician tried to fix it, but could not. He went to the front desk and told them I needed a new room and they gave me a new room. No one helped us bring our heavy luggage even though there were four people behind the desk who could have offered. Meanwhile, the technician was very nice and he did help us move our luggage to the new room. The pool is only open from 10 AM to 8 PM so if you happen to want to take a dip in the middle of the summer when it’s hot in the evening, you are out of luck. The restaurant food was very good, but there’s no way this is a four star hotel.

Dirty rooms, no AC on hot days (they advertise it, but they were broken and they told us they cant help us) and meh breakfast at best. Severely underwhelming for a stay in a hotel. Plenty of better options for cheaper. All they have is a wonderfull area to walk if you're only staying one night.
