Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon

We had a fantastic stay here, and one of the biggest highlights was the excellent location. Just a short walk to a nearby metro station, the hotel offers easy access to the rest of Paris. This was especially convenient for us, as we wanted to avoid traffic and make the most of our time in the city. What made it even better was the direct metro connection to Disneyland Paris—getting there couldn’t have been easier, and it saved us both time and hassle. The hotel itself exceeded expectations. Our room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for Paris standards, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, coming back to such a well-kept and peaceful space was a real treat. The staff were another highlight. Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk to the restaurant—was polite, professional, and eager to help. The concierge service stood out in particular, providing us with great local tips and helping us navigate our itinerary with ease. Overall, this hotel provided everything we needed for a stress-free and enjoyable stay in Paris. Whether you’re headed to Disneyland, exploring the city, or both, this is a convenient and comfortable base. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

I wish I could give 10 stars! What a perfect location! Literally next door to the Gare de Lyon, so you have easy access to getting anywhere in Paris and France( and trains to other countries!) the rooms are fitted out so well with roominess and with everything that you need. They keep it spotless and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They will show you exactly how to get anywhere and give ideas on where to visit. There is a lovely work out room and really nice pool. There is a bar and restaurant right there in the lobby with lots of places to sit and get a quiet drink or feed and recharge your devices. The rooms have shelves for your clothing and they give you as many towels as you need or want. You can get breakfast at the restaurant in the first floor and there is even a special kids area to play. Our stay there made our visit to Paris even more perfect!

The bathroom was another highlight—modern, spotless, and stocked with high-quality toiletries. The rainfall shower was especially refreshing, and the deep soaking tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. From the friendly front desk team to the helpful concierge, the service is impeccable.
