Novotel Paris Nord Expo Aulnay Hotel

I liked the hotel. Once the elevator did not work. The elevator is not designed for people with luggage, it could be somewhat larger. Breakfast is good, it would be great if there was also fish.

Complimentary taxi shuttle to Bourget exhibition centre was very valuable. Also the restaurant can be recommended. The best thing is probably the unexpectedly quiet surroundings and you can even open your window. Even though the staff is friendly overall, it's definitely not the A-team working here. In the morning, glasses from the last guests of the night are still lying around, and breakfast is cleared away slowly. Even if you say you don't want your room cleaned, the staff goes in anyway. There are also some mouldy spots in the bathroom, a mirror light and a drain that doesn't work. Just a typical trade fair hotel.

We are paying a significant amount of money, yet the level of service and cleanliness provided is far below acceptable standards. The quality at Accor hotels has noticeably declined. I encourage you to visit several hotels around the world to truly understand how poorly your services compare, particularly in terms of cleanliness, service, and the quality of breakfast.
