Unlike many hotels in Paris where rooms tend to be small, this hotel offers relatively spacious and comfortable rooms. Cleanliness is good, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. I have two small criticisms: there are no disposable bathroom slippers in the room, and the sink faucets are positioned too close to the basin, making it a bit uncomfortable when washing your hands.
Our experience has been smooth and professional — my husband and I were both very happy with the service and communication. It was our anniversary trip, and everything helped make it feel special. The hotel is accessible by public transportation, the food was good, and the staff were kind and accommodating.
⸻ I was quite disappointed with part of my stay. I had clearly requested a room with a bathtub in advance and expected it to be arranged upon arrival. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I asked the staff to check, I was simply told to ask again the next day before 12 PM — which was not helpful, especially as I didn’t have time to follow up again. It felt like the request wasn’t handled properly, and the response from the hotel took longer than expected. Considering the price I paid, I expected better service and a more satisfying experience. The location is excellent very convenient for public transportation. The bed was cozy, the breakfast was okay, and the view from the rooftop was absolutely amazing.Best is eazy parking for sure.
