My wife and I just enjoyed 4 nights at this very friendly hotel. It was great to be out of the city with easy access, the shuttle bus was excellent ( €4 pp). The hotel itself is beginning to look tired although all basic facilities still working and very clean. However what made the stay special were the staff who are all very friendly and professional. But the big star was the breakfast host and ray of sunshine each morning Laurence. Merci Laurence you made our morning start well. Thank you to her for her natural hospitality personality, it made us all feel very welcomed.

Good for an overnight stay when travelling. Hotel facilities are good (restaurant, etc.), but rooms are outdated and worn out. We booked a family connecting room, but something did seem wrong in the system (reception did not tell us, but it was clear something was not right). In the end we got a connecting room, of which one was a accessibility room. The extra bed was not made up yet, which supported the thesis that there was made an error in the reservation by the hotel booking system. Rooms were bit smelly (smoking; sewer air) and outdated/worn out. Restaurant was very good, also good service (well done), and so was the bar. Breakfast was also good. Overall, just below what you may expect from Novotel standards due to the poor room quality.

I recently stayed in Room 477 for almost three days and was disappointed with the level of service I received. Upon check-in, I wasn't provided with a proper briefing about the complimentary services offered by the hotel. When I tried to call the reception to gather more information, my calls went unanswered. The next day, I attempted to order some extra coffee from room service, but they directed me to contact reception, which again didn't respond to my calls. I was further frustrated when I discovered that I would be charged for extra laundry items without prior clarification. The laundry service itself was also inconvenient, as I had to visit the reception to collect my clothes. Additionally, I was surprised to be asked to pick up my extra dry coffee from the reception myself, as I expected it to be delivered to my room. As a guest in a 4-star hotel, I expect a certain level of service. The WiFi in my room was slow and pathetic, and when I reported the issue to the reception, I didn't receive a satisfactory response. No welcome drink served at arrival no fruit basket in the room. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your customer service and compensate me for the inconvenience. I look forward to seeing improvements during my future stays.
