Perfect service. Rudy and Axel made our trip extremely smooth. Any requests or issues they were quick to solve and extremely polite. Don’t listen to other reviews speaking negatively on their service- i have seen them deal with many pretentious entitled customers during my stay but regardless they remained smiling and helped me whenever i needed something. Location isn’t fantastic the people outside are quite of putting as there is commotion but not hotels fault. Price isn’t the best but what can you do, regardless stay was amazing thank you all- especially Axel and Rudy.
The staff was very nice, food absolutely amazing, everything new & clear. The biggest problem is situation right in front of the hotel... Gangs meet up there so prepare for constant scream, brutal fights and not feeling safe (especially for women and kids). The hotel itself deserves 4* for sure but they should do something about the danger right in front of it.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far below expectations. First of all, there were loud parties, making it impossible to get a proper rest. We were expecting a relaxing stay, but instead had to deal with constant noise. The breakfast situation was chaotic. There was no water available, juices had run out, and nothing was being restocked. The pancake machine stopped working at 10:20 AM because it ran out of batter. When we asked for a refill, they said the machine wasn’t working—clearly to avoid the effort. On top of that, there was no bread, no croissants, and no pastries left — and still 40 minutes to go before breakfast officially ended. The coffee machine stopped working at 10:30 AM and was never fixed or replaced. At exactly 11:00 AM, staff began clearing away what little food was left — even while guests were still eating and politely asking for more. They simply replied, “We have too many people,” and made no effort to help. When we asked for water to be restocked, they only refilled half the container, which was gone in under 3 minutes — and there were no juices left either. On the weekend, the only food available all day was plain pizza, with the excuse being “there are concerts nearby.” We returned late from a concert and were left hungry — absolutely unacceptable for a hotel hosting guests in an area with known events. To make matters worse, some staff only spoke French, which made communication difficult and frustrating for international guests. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Poor service, lack of food, bad organization, and no consideration for guests’ needs. Would not recommend, and definitely won’t return.
