Novotel Paris Suresnes Longchamp

We have stayed at 100's of hotels all over Europe over the last 9 years, 2 star to 5 star. I would highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. The positives: friendly and accommodating staff, excellent wifi, comfortable and quiet rooms, excellent water pressure in sink and shower, walking distance to restaurants and stores, two fast elevators, close to the sights in nearby Paris, decent breakfast but we can see the breakfast selections in "4 star" hotels going downhill (breakfast is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel we've experienced in the past.) The negatives: as an American I don't appreciate the half glass door in the shower( makes it difficult not to flood the bathroom floor), the air conditioning is slow to come on in your room and thermostat seems old and unclear as to how to operate (coul not tell what button indicates on or off and I consider myself fairly tech literate. Had to ask staff to explain to me), be careful not to open your room window since the a/c shuts off when you do so. Bottom line: we would gladly stay in this hotel again.

The hotel did not offer any vegetarian options on lunch/dinner menu nor were able to customize when requested. The hotel is far away from city. Uber is the only option but is available quickly. Other than that a decent hotel. Appreciate the help provided by Indian origin hostess.

2 star breakfast very basic not much option as should b x a 4 star hotel. Room are average. No AC .only fan (may b they consider it AC in frace.) If it is ac,not working like AC. Cleaning staff enter the room when you are not in even you don't request x sheet changing etc that is ridiculous.. Yes 5 star for reception staff RAMONA. FABIAN and another girl of India ascent.all reception staff was fantastic. Location is good 20 min from paris center. No lift from parking to hotel. Very narrow parking entrance only ok for normal cars .don't take risk if you have van like Vito or a wider car. Consider it 2 star hotel.😉.
