Tho hotel is steps away from the train station and walking distance to the town centers shops restaurants in the main piazza. Easy to navigate your trips from there. A superb pool on the rooftop very well taken care of with a bar and leisurely seating area where I could have leisurely sat all day. Stayed in a suite that was spacious and allowed more privacy but all the toons are great comfortable beds and linens and good breakfast. Best croissants I’ve had in Italy this far! Would stay again.

My husband, 6 year old son and I stayed here for 3 days in July 2025. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My son enjoyed having their «Novotel passport» where you get a sticker when you accomplish a task …check-in, good night’s sleep, super breakfast, photo with the bear in the lobby, games, and check-out. At check-out, he got a little stuff teddy bear. This made his stay exciting. Also, we used the swimming pool a couple of times. It is small but it was enough. We didn’t have any problem finding a sunbed. You need to pay €2 per towel if you don’t have your own towel. Parking was €18 per day…expensive but convenient. The parking attendant was friendly and informative.

We stayed one night in a spacious and clean suite. The main bed mattress was comfortable. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was of good variety and quality. Although the pool is small, it is well maintained and a nice bonus, especially considering the hotel is just a five-minute walk from the town center. The on-site parking was convenient, and the hotel is pet friendly. There were a few aspects that could be improved: the furniture is a bit outdated, and the sofa bed was not particularly comfortable. A quirky (and slightly inconvenient) detail was that the lock on one of the bathroom doors was installed backwards and it could only be locked from the outside, not the inside. While the hotel is conveniently close to the train station, the surrounding area shows signs of neglect. This is of course not the responsibility of the hotel, but it is useful to know for travellers.
