Novotel Perpignan Nord Rivesaltes

Room was clean, with comfortable bed, pool was very clean, breakfast was nice, same as canteen staff. The hotel was bit out dated, the reception staff was not welcoming which is unprofessional for an Accor chain hotel. We were disappointed for such service.

Pool area is under construction while the website etc claims that it is beautifully sitting there. The rooms are also out dated. Breakfast - limited options; even no fresh coffee (but from a low end coffee machine). We have been staying at Novotel for many times. This one - is completed lower than the average experience we had at Novotel. To be fair - the staff is very welcoming and food from the restaurant was good; doggies are welcomed here.

If you follow satnav and you're in an industrial parking area, keep going until you see the rotunda and "Novotel" entrance. The Novotel and the Ibis are the same hotel. This was a hotel I would never visit again. The room had a smell of mould and the shower room is lacking ventilation. The carpet in the room is like a felt laid over unpainted concrete. The hotel is in a partial state of construction; even small details like the directional signs to the guests rooms did not include our room number. The shower, at 7:30 AM on a Sunday, was out of hot water and low water pressure. The shower pan is raised and my head was nearly bumping the ceiling. The breakfast was OK. The mattress was comfortable. Even for the very low price, this was not at all worth it, and I regret booking here. I think the hotel would work adequately for an emergency accommodation.
