What an amazing experience. The food, atmosphere and view from the rooftop is spectacular. New and Mint, staff at Estela were exceptional with their friendly and hospitable customer service. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, offering a sense of comfort and tranquility. The staff consistently provides outstanding service, always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor. Furthermore, the rooms are thoughtfully designed, featuring modern amenities and cozy furnishings. The dining options are diverse, providing delicious meals to satisfy any palate. Overall, it offers a remarkable experience.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While I was aware of the location beforehand and didn’t expect much in that regard, the service and facilities were well below expectations. I had to repeatedly ask for the pool jets to be turned on, which should be a standard feature. The water in the pool was also very cold, making it uncomfortable to use. Even more concerning, several tiles in the pool were broken or loose, creating sharp edges that could easily cause injury. This is extremely dangerous and should be addressed immediately. Room cleaning was inconsistent. Our room was not cleaned daily, and when I asked about it, I was told that the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed on the door. I was even shown photos, but this was simply not true. If there had been any doubt, a quick phone call could have clarified the situation, but no one reached out. I honestly suspect the sign may have been turned around deliberately to avoid cleaning the room. The gym was also inaccessible during the day. A sign claimed that maintenance work was in progress, yet no actual work was being done during our stay. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
