Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach

Absolutely Loved It! This hotel truly exceeded expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable — perfectly situated and incredibly photogenic, making it ideal for capturing unforgettable memories. The beach was spotless, with soft sand and well-maintained surroundings. You could easily spend the whole day there, just relaxing and soaking in the views. The pool was a highlight — large, crystal-clear, and beautifully designed. Great for both relaxing swims and stunning photos! Service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. And the breakfast? Fantastic. A wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and something to suit every palate. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Kamala Beach. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and very welcoming throughout our stay. I’m especially grateful for their support when my daughter fell sick—they went above and beyond to assist us during a stressful time. The location is also perfect—right by the beach . Truly great hospitality and a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

It was an average experience. We booked a Beach Villa; the view was normal not like the photos and the room had some insects and small ants on the bed. The air conditioning had an issue and wasn’t cooling properly, but they fixed it quickly, and their response was excellent in that regard. There were a few missing amenities compared to other hotels, such as tissues only available in the bathroom, and just one bath towel per person with no extras. Overall, the staff service was excellent. It was a pleasant experience, but would I repeat it? I don’t think so
