From the moment a small issue appeared, he managed it with calm, efficiency, and an impressive sense of responsibility. His ability to resolve problems quickly and with such a positive attitude is truly rare in the hospitality industry. Mr. Gang didn’t just find solutions — he turned a situation into an opportunity to deliver even better service. His clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help made us feel heard, respected, and truly cared for. Thanks to his outstanding service, we not only had a pleasant stay, but we now genuinely want to come back again and again to this hotel. The hotel is an excellent choice for a family break. The location is great, only 5 minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes from the shopping malls. We were allocated connecting rooms at check in as requested which were great for a family of 6. The rooms were modern, spacious and the beds were some of the comfiest I've slept in in my 25 years of coming to Phuket. There was also very little noise at night even though the hotel is situated on a very busy road. The swimming pool was amazing with shallow parts for the kids, jacuzzi seats and plenty of space to have an actual swim without bumping into people. The swim up pool bar was also a great and welcome addition with plenty of drink and food options and a good 'happy hour' for cocktails 4-6 pm each day. The food was very good around the pool bar and the combo meal options were pretty good value and the same food was offered for room service of an evening and this was delivered very quickly when ordered. There was also a really good variety of food at the buffet style breakfast each morning. The hotel had plenty of other amenities that you would expect from this standard of hotel - Spa, Gym, Kids clubs etc but we didn't use those this trip. We did use the in hotel Mini-Mart which was great for convenience and very competitively priced, and we also pre booked a private taxi minibus from the airport and back again via the hotel - again this was competitive in price and took all of the stress away from the often manic Phuket airport experience when we had 4 young children in tow! The only very slight negative we experienced were the cleaners for our rooms, as we had a few issues with not enough towels being left or the new towels were already damp or dirty but this was sorted straight away with a call to the reception team. Overall an excellent stay and we are already looking at booking for next year.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here as a family of 4 and absolutely loved every moment! Having a swim-in, swim-out pool was such a luxury — it made it so easy for all of us to enjoy a relaxing swim anytime we liked. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. We had arranged for one child to sleep with us and the other on the couch, and they had everything ready and made up for us, even though we arrived quite late. Their friendly welcome made us feel right at home straight away. Breakfast at the restaurant was great every morning, with heaps of variety. We mostly ate at the hotel and got to know our wonderful server, Sandy. He really looked after us — even surprising our son with pancakes one morning, even though they weren’t on the buffet that day! The swim-up bar was a highlight for the adults, especially during happy hour! We didn’t try too many of the kids’ activities, but the foam parties were absolutely awesome and a big hit with the whole family. Overall, this was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. We’d definitely come back again!
