Novotel Poissy Orgeval

I had a great experience at the hotel. The reception was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. I recommend it!

This place is a complete dump. We stayed here with a school group through EF. A double is a bed and a pull out. Either all lights turn on or all or off. There are no switches to read and keep from disrupting others. The bathroom door to the toilet wouldn’t shut because it has been painted over so many times. Not to mention if someone opens the door, you can wave to the people in the hallway from the toilet. There is air but it doesn’t really work. Thank goodness the temps cooled for our stay. The pool closes at 7pm. Yet, it’s light out till 10. Someone in our group couldn’t get the shower to work and when she asked for help the manager laughed at her. This was after someone from our group helping her since ours we had operated and it did work. Walls are thin and you can hear every door slamming, as well as kids running around the halls. There is some sort of carpet in bathrooms which is gross. I think that’s it for now. Unfortunately not many positives other than the sheets seemed clean.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels i EVER been. They allowed guests to party in the pool area until midnight. They didn’t care how loud and disrespectful they were and for the other guests trying to sleep. Rooms are awful. Towels dirty. It is an authentic piece of ….
