Novotel Port Harcourt

I was served by Precious Ebeh. A detailed staff at the F&B section. Very attentive and willing to help make a choice of menu. She is highly cautious and professional in discharging her duties. I recommend her service to VIP guest.

I quite enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the house keepers, Rosemary especially, were diligent and tidy. I immediately got tired of the food and my colleagues did too. That's for sure something that needs to be improved upon.

I don't know what to say about this place. I chose it because there were lots of positive reviews, but I was shocked to discover that not only was it outrageously priced, same range as Marriot and Continental, but it was old and decaying. I couldn't believe my eyes when I got there, it took checking out several rooms for me to settle in one, and I settled because the receptionist was just so kind, I couldn't crush her hard work. The ladies at the reception were the reason I decided to stay, plus I feel that it is safer than most hotels in PH. If this hotel gets a face-lift, it will be the most well-kept hotel in Nigeria. The rooms are so properly cleaned that you forget about the decay you see around you. Then their restaurant, very nice with beautiful array of dishes for breakfast. The meals are really tasty.
