The staff provided excellent service, especially the bartenders and the bellboys. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and had perfect water pressure, making the shower very satisfying. The breakfast was varied, and the staff were attentive. The room view was wonderful, overlooking the hotel’s swimming pool and beautiful garden.
Amazing hotel!!!! My husband fainted and received all the care he needed. He was taken to the hospital and a staff member accompanied him in my place, since I was taking care of our baby. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I loved this resort, the breakfast is wonderful. The staff would meet me and ask how my husband was doing. We really hope to return soon and enjoy ourselves. I thank everyone for the service and care given to our family.
We spent 3 nights and I can say that the place is really nice for a quick getaway but not great. Breakfast is good, always served hot and fresh. Pools are good too, there's variety of pool area to choose from. What I really hate is the door lock. It is so hard to open using the card. Overall, our stay was good and I can say it was relaxing.
