The place is quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and provided clear information about the check-in process.

I’m staying in a deluxe room, and I appreciate the spacious layout with a comfortable king-sized bed, a working desk, and a cozy seating area by the window. The room is clean and modern style. The bathroom is well-equipped, with both a bathtub and a rain shower, its water pressure is excellent. Breakfast is impressive, it is variaty mix of Asian and Western options. There are live station for omelets and noodle.The dining area is bright and spacious, and staff are attentive in clearing tables and topping up drinks. The restaurant manager is very helpful and friendly. The overall staff service is very warm and well-trained. The front desk team is courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out.

I stayed here for about a year and a half for work. The hotel is conveniently located, with shopping malls, convenience stores, and markets within walking distance. The breakfast selection is also extensive, and the staff were very friendly, bringing me coffee every morning. Also, when there was a power outage, they upgraded my room and even gave me a fruit set as an apology. What impressed me most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. In addition, the rooms are cleaned almost every day.However, I was a little disappointed that the refrigerator and kitchen space in the room were small for a long-term stay. I have the impression that this hotel is better suited to short-term stays.
