I had an exceptional stay at Novotel! From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality is truly top-notch — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was especially impressed by the breakfast. It was fresh, delicious, and had a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless, ensuring a truly relaxing experience. But the highlight for us was definitely the breakfast. The spread was generous, fresh, and delicious, with so many options to choose from. A special shout-out to Malik, who was working as a waiter during breakfast. He was incredibly attentive, always making sure our coffee cups were full and clearing plates promptly with a warm smile. His excellent service truly made our mornings brighter. We can't wait to come back

I had a great experience at this clean, well-maintained hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One minor suggestion for improvement: the TV channel selection was quite limited. It would be great to see a wider variety of channels or the addition of smart TV features with streaming app access to enhance the in-room entertainment. Overall, a very pleasant stay – I would definitely return!
