Novotel RJ Praia de Botafogo Hotel

Service is the best topic of this hotel such as its location. In the other hand, breakfast is less than "good enough". fruits were not fresh, too many carb options and coffee machine was bad functioning until a guest decided to warn the staff. No one from staff has seen it until the warning.

Dirty bathroom, i found the shower very dirty the walls and floor Stained. They don't change the bed clothes. Breakfast is good variety of fruits and bread.

Avoid if possible. Not what you would expect from an ALL hotel, specially since it was very expensive during my stay. Good location, close to Botafogo Shopping Mall and restaurants in the area. Safe area, with some pharmacies close by and a supermarket next door. A bit far a way from Copacabana. Rooms are good size and comfortable, but not very clean. Huge view of an empty wall, which they call partial view of the beach - maybe if you are a giraffe. Tried cleaning water I spilled on the floor, and tissues came out very dirty. Room floors were never cleaned before or during my stay. Shower with mold in most corners. Stained towels. Hallway carpets full of visible particles of dirt and trash. Wi-Fi is slow. At breakfast, do not eat any fruit with edible peel unless you wash it throughly. Wiped a star fruit with a napkin and came out very dirty. Dirty chairs, dirty tables, and sticky floors.
