Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The service at the hotel was impeccable and the location was great for main roads to various amenities and visitor places of interest. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Despite some poor reviews we were very satisfied. Friendly service on the desk, good swimming area and good car park. Rooms perfectly fine.
The weather during our four day stay was very warm and the air conditioning was not working which made the room very stuffy and hot. Room service only done every third day and we were told to go to reception if we wanted to collect clean towels! The bed was uncomfortable and the sheet full of holes. I understand the need to cut down on the amount of washing but surely beds could be made daily and tea/coffee etc replaced. Perhaps time to drop the price! Very disappointing Accor..
