Novotel Saigon Centre

From the moment we arrived, staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The room was fantastic. The services at the hotel were excellent. The staff were super helpful and were always on hand to provide assistance and advice. The location is great with most things in district 1 in walking distance from the hotel. We were lucky enough to enjoy the premier lounge. This was a perfect area to relax after a big day of sightseeing while waiting to go to the airport. The roof top bar is also great.

We stayed at Novotel Saigon Center. The service was excellent. The staff is well-educated, friendly, and they are very attentive to our needs. They always greet you with a great smiles. Bell desk staff is super helpful when we needed them specially Nhon and Hai they are always go above and beyond to ensure our pleasant stay. Front desk check in is seamless and efficient as they valued our time. Premier Lounge room is spacious, newly renovated with nice decor, and well-equipped. We booked the conference room for Zoom meeting and work related. This is perfect setting for business traveler. As for the buffet level 2, amazing breakfast offered with great variety food choices. They have daily fresh fruits, and fresh water lemon juice, passion juice, croissants, etc... Overall, we are very pleased with the service and we had a delightful experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Ho Chi Minh city.

After a bit of drama with the reservation, I was put at ease by the time I arrived at the hotel, thanks to the service team. I want to take this opportunity to thank the housekeeping team for finding and returning my diamond tennis bracelet, which highlights the level of honesty of the team and the Vietnamese people. The executive room is spacious with clean, simple decor. The pool is a bit cold but nice, good for doing laps. The gym is also simple, suitable for occasional gym-goers. The location of the hotel is perfect for business travellers and food lovers, downstairs next to the lobby is Highland Coffee shop so convenient to grab a coffee before work in the morning, across the road is Warning Zone bar/grill restaurant, which is also a great place to unwind after work. I travel back to Vietnam every 3 months to visit my business and have stayed at all Accor hotels in the City and can say this hotel would be in the top 2, even when compared with the other 5-star hotels. I should have given this hotel a go sooner, will be back. Thanks again to the Novotel Saigon Centre team for making my stay a great one. See you again in 3 months.
