I had a 10 hour layover in Santiago and as an Accor member, I decided to check into the Novotel Providencia. I arrived about 3 hours before the check-in time but the team did whatever they could to find an available room. They were so nice and lovely at reception. The room was clean and comfortable and I managed to have a few hours sleep and refresh before the next flight
This hotel is amazing. Clean, beautiful and most importantly close to the mall, groceries and delicious restaurants. The staff is very friendly and efficient especially my fellow Filipino Mercy. The views are beautiful and the food is delicious as I said.
Love this hotel & its amenities! From Patricio ⭐️at the front desk to keycard security provided, I enjoyed the stay an felt safe . Great recommendations from ⭐️Patricio which I appreciate. The staff is mostly bilingual. Location is close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was full of many options, thank you making my egg whites in the morning!💫 24 hour gym was my fave part! The area is safe which is important. There is security present and you need your keycard to enter the hotel. The main bar is nice as is the restaurant. Would recommend without a hesitation. Maybe next time I’ll get a view from my room.
