Novotel Santos Gonzaga

I’ve mainly stayed in Novotel during the off-season, but in the off-season it is literally half the price of any hotel in the United States… But it is also equal quality with a great gym and spa and pool… Even though I don’t know how but the pool here is cold on the top floor, but the ocean is very warm lol. But I love this hotel. I have stayed here many times whenever I’m visiting in Santos, this time we are docking out for a international cruise. It’s only a couple blocks from the beach and it is right next-door to a drugstore and it is right next-door to a shopping center, and it is right next-door to coffee, even though I love their Nespresso machines here.. it is also right down the road from Babbo Cantina Americano, which is my favorite restaurant in santos.

Nice stay, clean room, well located , I needed a late checkout and the lady was nice to provide, really good breakfast .But the vallet was rude, it had several power outages and my husband was stuck in the elevator, the treadmill at the gym wasn't well maintained, but it still worked.

Staff very friendly and efficient, room below expectations: toilet light broken; shower head with only half of the head working; conditions of the bathroom really disappointing, as the wall falling apart close to the door.
