Novotel Sao Jose dos Campos

Room was clean, bed slept fine. Nicely stocked fridge and minibar. Only complaint is the working desk is directly in front of the air conditioning unit making it difficult to work without constantly adjusting the climate control.

The room I stayed in was in poor conditon and the ergonomics sucked. 1. Many fixtures were broken or badly deteriorated - power points, lights, mirror, window, toilet roll holder, shower head and controls. 2. The desk is unuseable due to the bed location. There is really only room for a single bed.

Despite my comfortable stay, the requested iron received old with dirty plate. Moreover, I had payment issue which was not solved till now. And no follow up was done from your side. Poor fitness center with very old machine and wights.
