Stayed at Novotel Shanghai Clover Hotel for 3 nights (10th-13th June 2025) with my girlfriend as part of our visit to the Shanghai Disneyland. Shuttle bus service in the morning and evening made our way to the park very convenient. The journey to the city center would take a little longer but the metro station is within 10-minutes reach. A late-night buffet is available at a very reasonable price of RMB¥38 per person for those who return hungry after a whole day at Disney. The staff are really helpful and they would bring basic necessities to your room within 5-10 minutes in case you request. Overall a very pleasant stay at the hotel.
I am amazed with the level of service at this Novotel Shanghai Clover hotel. The front desk is very determined to solve all the problems you encountered as a guest. The mentality to serve has to be applauded. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Shanghai Disney and Legoland. They have free shuttle service to and from Pudong Airport/the bund and Disneyland. It is also close to the Shanghai Village outlet. Most importantly, my kids are very happy with the room.
Great location for Disney and Safari. Shuttle to airport, Disney, and downtown is a plus! Room is clean with a daily beverage bar refill. Breakfast is a little disappointing as there are not many options. But that's not most people stay here for. My son discovered that the headboard design is for playing his little truck!
