Novotel Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel

What an amazing hotel. The location was excellent, and the staff were superb. The staff were helpful and accomidating. The staff at the lobby bar were particularly excellent serving drinks and snacks to our group of business travelers. The rooms were clean and felt luxurious. The in room amenities were top of the line brands. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and the fridge stocked with water and soda. The breakfast was varied each day and included both western and delicious Asian dishes.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. It's my 2nd time here, and for both times, I stayed for 6 nights. I highly recommend this hotel! The room is spacious, great bathroom, decent breakfast, helpful staff, and they also have essential facilities (gym, swimming pool, restaurants). Did I mention that everything on the minibar is free here? I also want to specially thank 陳艷, 朱婷婷 & 李梅 (from housekeeping) for the exceptional service and high standards in making up my room.

A quiet, decent and easy hotel with I'd say good breakfast options. Services and staff are very cooperative and happy to go an extra mile to support hotel guests.
