Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff provided outstanding service: helped with early check-in and arranged a late check-out for my mother — everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with care. Comfortable rooms, delicious food, and well-kept grounds. Any minor issues (electricity, water) were solved right away. The meals were fresh, varied, and always tasty. And the beach with coral reef and fish — simply magical! This hotel fully meets the expectations. Only positive impressions and warm memories. We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! I especially want to highlight the animation team — they were simply fantastic! Every day was filled with fun activities, contests, shows, and lively parties. The animators were incredibly attentive, energetic, and talented — they truly brought the vacation to life. During the day, there were games by the pool, sports activities, and dance workshops, and in the evenings, unforgettable performances and concerts. A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a festive atmosphere and taking such great care of the guests! Thanks to you, our holiday was vibrant, eventful, and truly unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at this hotel for few days . While there are positive feedbacks also there are few negative. I’ll start with the negative : First all of you will feel the lack of good service right in front of the hotel door when none is able to welcome you and pick your heavy laguages. When you arrive to your room , you’ll notice a disregard to details - no robs, no sanitary kit, no toothbrush , no small towels , no slippers provided and list can go on … The room was very hot , seems the AC wasn’t working properly. On the other hand , the room was clean , spacious, modern with quality bed mattress and pillows . We were having breakfast included but we couldn’t go to the restaurant so we asked them to make it room service and surprisingly they told us that we have to pay extra fees if we want our breakfast in the room ( breakfast was already paid ) . We came here to relax and on the second day early in the morning at 7am , the stuff woke us up with noise of hammers and beating the walls like a construction site going on on top of our villa . We called the reception to make them stop but unfortunately the maintenance was going on ignoring our call . They didn’t care about their guests ! Positive feedbacks : The location of the hotel is good , you have everything around . Beach also is located on the other side of the road . The landscape is amazing , you have a lot of facilities inside the resort like swimming pools , walking trails, coffee shops , restaurants , kids entertainment , gym, outdoor activities etc ... Their buffet was nice , international cuisine but unfortunately I got food poisoning me and my family immediately on the second day .
