Novotel Singapore on Kitchener

Very nice hotel. The rooms were perfect, clean, with enough space - only disappointment we asked for 2 connected rooms and couldn’t get them (although both rooms were connected but with other rooms which was a pity) - Very good breakfast, Indian style (hotel is located in Little India) - good location - excellent swimming pool (we were alone) and very good gym also

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Novotel Singapore on Kitchener Road. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers good facilities for a relaxing visit. I would like to give a special thanks to Farah from the Front Office. She was exceptionally helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Her service stood out and truly made a difference. The rest of the staff were also friendly and supportive, but Farah’s dedication deserves special mention. Overall, a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

I had the pleasure of being served by (front desk staff) Sheryll at the front desk (for the majority of my business trip here) who was efficient enough for the fast check-in. I've travelled based off of all my experiences across various countries, I consider service here to be on the better end of the spectrum. Hard to find hotel staff that go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. Upon check in, I was even personally escorted to the lift I then took up to my hotel room which, might I add, turned out way nicer than expected, especially for such an affordable rate. I must say that I not only have no complaints throughout, I am also exceedingly pleased with the standard of service provided here. Would absolutely stay here again.
