This hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay feel effortless and luxurious. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed for comfort. The highlight, however, was the breakfast—an extraordinary spread of fresh, high-quality dishes, local specialties, and delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect start to each day. Spent a full week with a 3 yo there and it felt amazing. Excellent room, mattress for sleep quality and very close to center, parking inside the building, rented a car with their help. Breakfast is very good, 24h open restaurant for snacking at very affordable prices. The staff is very well trained and polite, we felt welcome

I’ve been an All-Accor member for years. To be honest, this hotel is quite basic, yet the price isn’t exactly cheap. Location wise, I’d give it a big plus, as it’s in a great area. When I checked into the room, there was a very strong smell of body odor/sweat. I had to spray my fragrance all over the sofas, bed basically the entire room but the smell still didn’t go away completely. The toilet is separate, which is a nice feature for a suite room, but there was a strong pee smell. It seems like the housekeeping staff only does a basic clean after guests check out, which is unacceptable. The gym was even more disappointing. There were only a few old machines, and the heaviest dumbbell available was just 4kg. It honestly felt like the weightlifting equipment had been donated by staff rather than properly supplied by the hotel. That’s a big letdown. This hotel shares the same building as Ibis Budget, and honestly, the presentation and overall look are nearly identical.
